Was researching Soundesign ...I have the same phone. Was researching Soundesign on an unrelated issue and found your post.
I purchased mine for $10 on 14th St in NYC in the late 1980s. It has been dropped, thrown, and generally abused, but still works PERFECTLY. The dated high-end features included Hold, Redial, and even a volume control.
I use it now as a backup for when power goes out, as a line-set, and any other function where only an analog phone will work.

BTW, I have kept every cell phone I have ever owned since my "bag phone". Have a little historical electronics museum in my office.GVD IIIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08070351369696025457noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4690648802906991933.post-85355167041805622832012-04-17T12:26:45.057-07:002012-04-17T12:26:45.057-07:00trying a little too hard, don't you think?trying a little too hard, don't you think?gefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07453234595693184516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4690648802906991933.post-82483024649218104952012-04-16T18:13:14.168-07:002012-04-16T18:13:14.168-07:00http://www.techgadgetsnews.com/updated-beocom-2-co...http://www.techgadgetsnews.com/updated-beocom-2-cordeless-telephones/drich51368https://www.blogger.com/profile/04580001608467638534noreply@blogger.com
